Jackson Park

Primarily known for the municipal golf course of the same name, the Jackson Park neighborhood refers to the houses and apartments surrounding the golf course west of 15th Ave NE, north of NE 130th and south of NE 145th. The neighborhood is officially considered part of Pinehurst according to the Seattle City Clerk’s Neighborhood Map Atlas.

With much of the neighborhood dedicated to Jackson Park, there is plenty of green space including Thornton Creek Park #1 next to Jackson Park Golf Course.

Olympic Hills Elementary, just east of 15th Ave NE, is the area elementary school, with Eckstein Middle School and Ingraham High School.

The 77 express route serves downtown commuters along 15th Ave NE (30 minutes). The 41 provides service to Northgate along NE 125th and 5th Ave NE with express service downtown on I-5 from the Northgate Transit Center. The 347 and 348 provide access to Northgate along 15th Ave NE. Access to the UW is also provided by the 73 and 373 along 15th (20-25 min).
