I am passionate about people---and your passions---because when you care, you make things happen. I especially care about our environment--- the planet we live on and the things it produces--- and in keeping it green and healthy for our children’s children. Where ever I have been, the common denominator of my work has been related to the betterment of people and society and caring for and about the environment which surrounds us all.

In addition to being EcoBroker Certified, I hold a master’s degree in public health (MPH) and participated in a national research project which studied the effects of asbestos on human health.

With the rise in asthma and respiratory-related diseases, I am particularly interested in indoor air quality issues. I am certified by the Washington Department of Licensing as an instructor in the following areas:

I enjoy giving back to my community by supporting Habitat for Humanity and my local farmer’s market. I am an avid “organic” consumer, a PCC cooking instructor, and love sharing my culinary creations with family and friends.

Benefits to the Seller

Sellers will richly benefit from my skills in fair market analysis to ultimately realizing the highest return possible on the sale of property. I usually ‘pull’ the title and open an escrow account before a house is listed and configure a list of seller estimated proceeds, so the seller knows what to expect.

I am creative and diligent in conducting open house for brokers and the general public, to obtain relevant feedback in a format which I designed to streamline the data received; and in providing input in “staging” (arranging the physical furnishings of a property to best represent its selling potential). I work with a team of professionals, to which I refer clients, for staging and color design, landscaping and more. For marketing listings I work with a team of VAs and other assistant professionals, Listing Marketing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator etc to expose the propriety to wider market.
